Knowing the vocabulary of narcissism has allowed me to know narcissism.

Each word or phrase in the vocabulary describes a component of narcissism.

The best I could do previously was to describe my wife as a god dam pain in the ass, constantly angry, never happy, constantly complaining and blaming.

Now I know exactly what she’s doing and I can rubber stamp everything with its corresponding label. I know what the labels mean. I know what she’s doing. I’m on to her. But better still, now I can explain it.
