Susan is cruel, and the word is apt and appropriate.
When she accesses me of alienating her from Emma. It is cruel because it is hurtful and untrue.
When she yells at me, continually, with no letup, for hours; it is cruel.
When she hides essential items on me. It is petty yes but it is certainly cruel.
When she vilifies me in front of Emma; it is cruel.
When she tells Emma she’s useless; it is cruel.
When she tells Emma to “just get lost” it is cruel.
When she does all of those things and just won’t stop. When any attempt to calm the situation turns out to be exactly the fuel she was looking for to escalate further. I have suffered, I have aged. Emma is damaged. “She is cruel” is an understatement.
