There are different types of control.

There is the more obvious type where the narcissist will severely control your life, control what you do, who you see and where you go.

Then there is the less obvious type of control, in this type you are a production line for narcissistic supply and the supply line must keep producing. They will ensure that it does and it’s not pleasant for you.

Then there is everything in between.
