Is it narcissism?

How do I know it’s narcissism and not something else?

• I don’t and I may never know. And that thought set me free when I eventually accepted it.
• The word narcissism has been open-sourced. It’s meaning is fuzzy. It’s topical and as far as I can see, many people are actively contributing to its meaning now in real time.
• However, a toxic relationship is a toxic relationship irrespective of the labeling.
• One way or the other, narcissism or toxicity or pathological-gaslighting or disordered-personalities or self-love deficit, or whatever it may be called tends to be comprized of very recognizable characteristics and this is where we can focus our attention.
