Can it be cured?

If my child turned out to be narcissistic, I would love to think they could be cured.

Do I believe my wife can be cured? No, I do not. Do I believe my wife can make progress towards reducing her pathological behavior? Honestly, I don’t (but of course I may be wrong).

The short answer here is. It would depend on the person. Everybody is different. The shorter answer is, I don’t know.
